SO its been a while!
Been so long since I personally posted on my tumblr I ve been busy with school and what not . I will be done my last exam tomorrow and than I plan on really focusing on my fitness and eating. I started this blog at 129 and now I am at a consistant 125.. I ve been eating pretty good lately I think thats where the majority of the loss has come from, I haven’t been working out as much as I usually do. Soon I will post some pics !

Okay so today is day 9 of p90x lean for me. Today instead of the cardio vid I just went to the gym ran a mile as fast as I could do some HIIT on the arctrainer and some ab stuff. Feeling a little bit discouraged because my weight isn’t just falling off me like it usually does. Hopefully I am just pmsing lol .. Tomorrow I plan to hit the gym again for some cardio plus I believe tomorrow is arms and shoulders. I guess to lose the weight I’m going to realllllyy have to clean up my diet. Last night I ate a piece of pizza and a brownie with the girls so what do I expect lol. Im about to eat some soup for dinner and nothing else for this chick today.. :’(
